can i keep my high beams on all the time (at night) and point the lights down so i dont blind oncoming traffic? or will that burn out the bulbs faster?

what about Xenon HID bulbs? i just ordered a set and it came with a 9007 model for my car and an H10 model. i installed the 9007 and they dont seem much brighter than my stock lights and they don have a high beam.

This is screwing up the entire world, economy, stocks, etc. The projected value isn’t even $125, it’s wierd speculators driving it up, ultimately they are only hurting themselves. When will oil go back down so the rest of the economy can recover? What will make is go back down?
