My niece is 11 and wears high heels all the time. Should I be worried?

My brother and his wife encourage her and even buy these types of shoes for her. She is into wedges and stilettoes, I couldn’t believe how high they were last time I saw her. She wears them casually out to play! I do NOT agree with this. What should I do/say?
