Can you avoid an exercise plateau for a longer time f your cardio exercise is high intensity?

how come my blood pressure is either high or low all the time but never in the middle?

last week it was 155/75
my pulse is usually 60
how come its never good? and its either high or low….
what can i do to fix it?
so its not bad? i thought it was i was freakin out haha




What should I eat I work out every day and have high metabolism. I am hungry all the time?
