I know with alcohol that your intoxication will vary based on what and how much you have eaten prior to drinking and how long. I want to know if this is the same with marijuana? I know the longer you don’t smoke (4 days maximum) depends on how high you get. Like if you eat before smoking do you get less high… or what?
I am 16 years old and I am over 200 pounds, and 5’6″, I want to be at least 160 or so by the begining of my senior year. I realy don’t have that much of extra time with homework and work, along with everything I have to do at home. I just want to be smaller than I am but not going to the extreme to lose it.
Can you avoid an exercise plateau if your cardio exercise is high intensity. For example I run stairs for 20 minutes and do weightlifting and some crunches and push ups for another 30 minutes. With this will it take longer for me to hit a plateau?

What is the best time to eat a high fiber meal such as oatmeal or other whole grain products? It helps reduce cholesterol by combing with cholesterol and fat, and then eliminates it from your body, but if that’s all you have in the morning, what good does it do on an empty stomach? Or, would it be best later in the day as your last meal, where it will, in a way clean up what might be left sitting in your intestines?
