I am a junior in high school and have goals to attend college in the fall of 2011! I just don’t know when i should start applying for stuff, if this year or maybe next. And what should i apply for at those times?

I’m a high school student with a part-time job, who wants to open a bank account to manage my money, but i don’t make alot of money, so i don’t want to pay alot. There are no Bank of America’s,or Wachovia’s in my area.

I am aware that I can apply for a Pell grant as we are very low income. My grades are not excellent, but all a, and B’s but one F (science/biology). I do not want to have a student loan hanging over my head all my life. I am hoping to go into phychology, but I have no idea where I can go to get the best education for that, and where I can get a grant that will include my living expenses and on campus housing. is that even possible? Are there any scholarships that I can apply for now when I am a sophomore…I am just really nervous that things won’t all come together in time…Any help you can offer will be really appreciated. PS.
