I have been told in high inflation houses would be a good investment however given the high prices what will happen to home prices this time? I dont like gold so what else can i put my super into?

MBI has a Jan call that has high time value (12%), high downside protection (13%) and high implied volitility (1.3). This means investors feel there will be a large swing in the stock in the near term but what do you look at to determine if they feel this turn will be up or down? It seems to me if call buyers are willing to bid this much premium in a stock call they feel like it will go through the roof.

I heard and read that the diseases (Black Pod Fungal Disease) killed off many of the cocoa plants, which made the supply far understock then the demand. This created the INCREASE of cocoa prices, I believe. So I don’t think that the disease is the cause. Unless you have details to support you assumption

This is screwing up the entire world, economy, stocks, etc. The projected value isn’t even $125, it’s wierd speculators driving it up, ultimately they are only hurting themselves. When will oil go back down so the rest of the economy can recover? What will make is go back down?

Since they short a lot of stocks, and the likelihood the market won’t keep going up higher and higher forever, are these a good thing to invest in right now?

Or should I wait till it retraces and buy it on its dip?
