I am not completely sure as to what is too much for my computer to handle. I don’t have a very powerful laptop, as when I play Madden NFL 07, which is not that intensive of a game for high end computers, my fan is running high and the CPU usage seems to get up to about 70%.
every time i play music, watch a youtube video, or even get the sound when a new AIM window pops up, my computer makes a high pitch whining noise from the speakers. my computer is a toshiba laptop w/ SRS TruSurroundXT. is this a problem with my sound card? how do i go about fixing this?
I am looking for a laptop cooling pad that will keep my laptop cool when i am playing high end games and alot of multimedia. whats the best one i can get?
I turn on my laptop for the first time, just built it, and the LCD doesn’t display anything. Of course it’s a new hard drive but shouldn’t the laptop at least post? It just sits there blank screen and everything. Everything seems to be connected correctly and functioning. Is there a step I’m missing?
