My school has audition Jazz Bands and Show Choirs, and requires enrollment in a basic music class to be eligible. This makes music take 25% of total class time every day of the week to be eligible to play in an elite band. How much % of a day’s schedule is the norm for music electives in High School?
Did those times work for you? How often did you feel drowsy during the day? What usual time did you go to bed?
All year this year I will have 2 x more time than usual. What do I do with it? High school health classes.
What is the average 300m time for a high school freshman? I ran a 41.97 earlier today.
I ran a 41.37. P.S. i’m a boy using someone elses account
I am starting high school on August 31st and my bus comes at 6:50 but I have to go to this thing at church at 6:00. Plus my classes are Honors English, Honors American Gov’t, Spanish II, Honors Biology, Honors Algebra II. Also I am a freshman.
I like my high school, and I am not looking to drop out. But I want something more out of my education. It seems like I am just surviving there. I want to thrive. I am doing everything by the book (good grades, involved in pretty much everything I love) but I feel lost in the shuffle.
Any suggestions on how to shake up my high school experience?
I’m writing a paper for English and I need a survey. Please say what you think would be a reasonable time for high school to start in the morning and please include your age.
Thank you!

I am a computer guru, and I have way too much free time in my computer class when I finish the assignments. I have a lot of good ways to kill free time, but none of them are considered school appropriate. (Is this?) What is a good way to kill free time in this class?
Honestly, I do not see many important lessons learned in high school. I am currently attending a public high school and going well, however I do not see a point in it. It seems like nobody wants to be there, and it feels like every assignment is just busy work that holds no relevance to real life. I am excited to go to college, but dread wasting my time in high school. Does anybody else feel the same way as I do?
