		<title>How do you MAKE your You Tube videos have the &#8220;view in high quality&#8221; capability ALL the time?</title>

I already know that adding &amp;fmt=18 to the URL will allow anyone to view in HQ but how do you make ALL vids this way EVERY time (as a default setting) and how can I change all my non-HQ vids to HQ?</p>
