Does this happen in high schools all the time?

firegurl asked:

When you go to high school are there always classmates who ******* themselves cause my school had 3 in 4 years and some more when I wasn’t going there I think. So does it happen at all high schools, did it happen at yours?

Nope, not at mine, a girl tried to but her parents found her right away. It doesnt really happen all that much around where I live, only adults that are way older in their 40s or so. I can understand why it does happen at a lot of schools since people are so vicious and don’t know when to stop.

Not mine, but i do know of a fair few around my area who have had ******* occur at their school. I am waiting for it to happen at my school though because i know that depression rates are high at my school. I know its not a good thing, far from it, but im prepared to expect the worst.

In my school there are practically none. But there was a girl who just tried to committ ******* last week. She drank way too much alcohol on an empty stomach, which caused severe damage to her organs. She had to be operated on twice. She’s still in recovery and will go back to school on the 22nd. We found out she did this because of girl problems – and we’re an all-girls school.

I think there are more attempts than what people know. When I was still in school (small town) back in the early-mid 70′s, I knew a number of people during my sophomore/junior years that tried. Did their parents ever find out? Some did, but some didn’t.

Many of the kids that DO succeed have their cause of death kept very quiet so the public pity and whispers are kept to a minimum.

    Sad, sad, sad.
