Does your workplace act professional or does it have junior high drama all the time?

Isn’t it said that the majority of those who start all the drama are grown men and women? its sad

    That happens in alot of places. I used to work in a hospital and it happened there often. Its retarded.

    it comes in waves….right now it’s pretty calm. we have a high turnover rate, so it never lasts long. i work at a learning center and we have a lot of teenagers. however, the adults are more dramatic than the kids…sad, but true!

    I used to be a restaurant manager in college so I obviously had a good deal of drama working with a group of 15,16,17 year old kids. BUT then I became a teacher with an all female staff, holy cow!!! The drama with 20 adult woman is a thousand times worse than it was at the restaurant with all teenagers. I just couldn’t believe it! I dont understand, whats wrong with all these people??
