I don’t think there is any other way than talking to her unless you can telepathically transfer messages to her!!

Sometimes, you have to tell her. this would be one of those times. If she lives in the same building, then yes, you have to and should. Its your home too. So all you need to do is invite her over, or next time she comes in with high heels just simply say, ” i hear those shoes all the time!!” as a little joke then laugh. Set a time limit. Say, maybe if shes only in the house, she can not wear them, and she cant come in with them at 4 in the morning. i know how you feel my old neighboor, ) i just moved) polayed his music so loud, we could hear it halfway down the streeet! lol Good Luck.=]

if you do not want to do either of the things listed try talking to the party that you rented from.

You’ll have to speak to her. Be nice and calm when you speak to her and hopefully she’ll be more considerate. I don’t understand people, it’s obvious that if you have someone living below you then you don’t clip-clop around in heels! Personally, when I get home I can’t wait to get my shoes off and my slippers on and I don’t even live above anyone!
    Good luck.

It sounds like she has laminated flooring.

You will have to speak to her to make her aware of the problem as there is nothing you can do unless you wish to wear earplugs?

i would suggets you approach, explain the situation and i am sure she will apologise and adjust her behaviour i the future

if she does not then you can report her to your local council for noise pollution

send her some cotton wool and sticky tape with a note saying please stick on heals to reduce noise level
