How do I get high speed internet on my labtop all the time without going to a WiFI hotspot?

Erm you can only use it in wifi hotspots.. If you want it like at home you can buy your own highspeed internet (quit being poor) and use it at home whenever.

They offer products through cell phone companies that require subscription service, that will allow you to get online where-ever you can get a cell signal, and it is a lot faster than dial-up as well.
