How do teachers fill time in high school?

All year this year I will have 2 x more time than usual. What do I do with it? High school health classes.

    im not a teacher but my school went to longer classes in my junior yr and my health teacher got videos for us to watch and write down 30 facts by the end of it to fill time. or we had to read the newspaper’s health section and summurize five articles into at least five sentences.

    usually, my teachers will spend the 1st 1/2 teaching, & give us the 2nd 1/2 to work on an assignment.
