How do you make the framerate stay high and the WOW game stay smooth all the time?

The framerate indicator always fluctuate between 8 to 60 and it’s always low and flickers when a lot of objects are on the screen at the same time. How can I fix this?

    Change the graphics settings in games, you could also try playing the game windowed.

    Or try the WoW forums.
