I hear a high pitch squeal every time I run my shower,but not when I turn on my tub?

    Either your shower head is clogged or you have too much pressure coming out of your valve. Shower heads are restricted to 2.5 gpm and your valve is probably at 6 gpm. If it just started happening then take your shower head off and soak it in vinegar. If it always happened then I would bet on the too much water pressure.
