I turn on my laptop for the first time, just built it, and the LCD doesn’t display anything. Of course it’s a new hard drive but shouldn’t the laptop at least post? It just sits there blank screen and everything. Everything seems to be connected correctly and functioning. Is there a step I’m missing?

Processor: AMD Turion 64 x2 1.8Ghz
Graphics: GeForce Go 7600
Memory: Crucial 2×1GB 200 pin
HDD: 80GB 7200rpm Hitachi
