Yes! It may be less likely, but the thing is heart attacks are caused by blockages so if you exercise alot but you do not eat right and your body is poor at removing the lipid fats from your blood stream you run a higher risk than most of havign heart attacks.
You can have a heart attack for a variety of reasons.
You can only help it so much.
Personal risk factors/Family History risk factors:
-High Blood Pressure
-High Cholesterol
-Diabetes
-Vascular Problems, etc.
You can have problems with your valves and over time they can get so obstructed that it causes a heart attack.
You can also have a stress-induced heart attack.
Diet and exercise along with a healthy weight decrease your chance. You are on the right track to preventing heart disease but you can only do so much.
Best of luck!
