Is it possible to be an Airline pilot and a high school Earth Science teacher at the same time because I want to be both of those by majoring in aviation and minoring in Earth Science and I wanted to know if it’s hard to do.

I’m not a commercial pilot, but I have friends who are. As an ATP or airline pilot, you are subject to rotating schedules and layovers out of town, especially before you gain any seniority. After a few years working for an airline, you might have enought seniority to set up your schedule such that you could possibly substitute teach during your time off.
As far as the particulars go, I’ll leave that to the guys who are ATP’s to answer.

No, airline pilots are gone too much to be able to teach a regular schedule.

its not possible. being a pilot you MUST be dedicated to what you do. you would work for about a week and then you have 2 or 3 days off. you will be out of town for a while so now its not possible. you can how ever still be a pilot but not for a airline or company..way to hard

No way! You could not do this, being an airline pilot is not just a full time job it is a life style. You can be away from home as long as 7 days, your first year with airline you are on reserve 24 hours a day and can be called on at any time of the day. You cant have two full time jobs at once. Some airline pilots do have second jobs but these are job which don’t require a schedule, a small home business something like that.
