IS MY BLOOD PRESSURE HIGH BECAUSE MY HEART IS RACING ALL THE TIME?

it could be that you are just noticing your heart beating and at those times you are at rest and more likely to notice your heart beating.

If your heart settles quickly back to normal rate then there is usually nothing to worry about but if it remains fast then see your doctor and explain the symptoms, an ECG will confirm a heart problem or it is just a benign condition and nothing to worry about.

When you sit your heart maybe racing……….but if you have been moving it should kick right back down………..I would go get and ekg and or a stress running test and see what they say. Walmart has a free blood pressure machine in their stores and it’s a good place to go for a quick check……….try it out……..it also gives you your pulse rates.

Sounds like maybe stress-related. Sometimes you don’t even think so but there it is.
Could be heart/BP related.
ALWAYS bring such things to your doctor’s attention unless/until you KNOW what’s going on.
