The divorce rate is NOT at an all time high — you are perpetuating a myth. The divorce rate in the U.S. peaked at 5.3 divorces per 1,000 people in 1981, but since then it’s dropped by one-third, to 3.6. That’s the lowest rate since 1970.
Because people are idiots and just want the white wedding and could care less about the marriage.
People are lazy and they want it fast – fast relationship, fast marriage, fast kids and a faster divorce when the “fun” is over.
Its easy to get married and easy to get divorced and it isn’t a bad thing anymore. Just like getting pregnant and then getting married. Or like cheating on your spouse. Or like leaving your spouse and the kids.

What is the right reason? You must be insane?!?! Marriage is a lie. Marriage even destroys soul mates!!! Look at the rich and famous people, their divorce rates is 95% because they can afford it!!! Take an honest look at all the married couples you know are any of them still truly in love?!?! NO and most of them are miserable not just bored out of their minds!!! RIGHT REASON LOL There isn’t one!!! If you are happily married it is because you are a great liar, to her and to yourself!!!
