Wearin high heels all the time do u do it?

all time high
marniemcc asked:

I have been wearing heels over 4″ high for the last 8 months, Any thoughts or suggestions?
I stopped wearing any shoes with heels under four inches about 8 months ago. I can honestly say I don’t miss my flat shoes any more. I plan on never wearing low heels for the rest of my life! Does anyone else ever just wear only heels?

i personally love to look girlie all the time and heals are definatley very femine-its actually really bad for your feet to be arched like that all the time though. you can still do it,but eas up on it sometimes.

I used to feel that way. I go with a 2″ heel now and it’s a happy medium for me. There are certain things that I like to do that I can’t do in heels (going for long walks or hiking and rock climbing). As you get older, you may change your mind. It’s not a big deal.

wearing heels all the time isn’t good for you stature as it eventually shifts you centre of balance and you become hunchbacked it also places unnecessary pressure on your feet. if you want to be taller then go for some platforms :P

i wore high heels every day all throughout my high school. i wore them through year 7,8, 9, 10 and 11. They werent just little high heels either. I mean HIGH heels.
they do no no harm, they easily go back to normal if you ever plan on wearing flats in the future.
but now i wear a mixture of both!

This is a bunion : They happen from wearing high heels your whole life – look at lots of your mom’s friends and your grandparents. You’re putting a lot of pressure on your toes, so some cartilage forms and over time you end up with this bump at the base of your big toe. They can be extremely painful. Bunions also occur from wearing shoes that are too tight.

Granted, some people can wear high heels their whole lives and not have any problems. Bunions are really common though in older people…so you really need to think about things – would you rather have really cute shoes now or preserve your feet for when you’re older?

You might want to make sure that your heels have good support and fit well. Make sure you’re buying more expensive shoes that don’t pinch your toes but have lots of arch support and cushion.

Flat feet is another issue…I know it happens. It’s from your arch not getting enough support.

You may want to alternate or at least wear a good shoe while you’re at home.
