    4:00 is really good! but thats about 5: 10 pace. anywhere from 4: 00- 4:20. I ran 4:03 for a 1200 but i run in college.

    andrea is right: 4:00 is good. however, “good time” depends on where you are, and if you’re a freshman or a senior! 4:30 is a decent time. anything sub-4, however, is good.
