What is the best time to eat a high fiber meal?

What is the best time to eat a high fiber meal such as oatmeal or other whole grain products? It helps reduce cholesterol by combing with cholesterol and fat, and then eliminates it from your body, but if that’s all you have in the morning, what good does it do on an empty stomach? Or, would it be best later in the day as your last meal, where it will, in a way clean up what might be left sitting in your intestines?

    Definitely the morning, your body is just starting up along with your bowels. You’ll feel the benefit of early morning fibre.

    Make every meal high-fiber. I think you are missing something in your question because it doesn’t make sense to me. There is health benefits to eating fiber if there is food in your stomach or not. Just as your details suggest, it can lower cholesteral and also can help to regulate blood sugar.

    You should start your day with a fiber source and end your day with it and during the night your body will use it to rid your colon and bowel of waste resulting in a good morning..

    if you eat a bowl of oatmeal and some toast you will not have an empty stomach.
    in the morning so your body can use all of them all day long

    eating high-fiber foods in the morning is the best time, because it fills you up, giving you more energy for sports, better focus during the day, and lowers blood cholesteral.
