girls with a six pack is a no go… guys like a little meat on their girls not a bunch of disgusting fat but a little fat around the tummy would hurt anyone
High fibre foods make you fuller for longer.
Granola Bars. There are so many kinds! At any health food store, Trader Joe’s, or even a Super WalMart! I love ‘em!!
Bananas and apples are good too. And nuts!! You should walk the aisles of Trader Joe’s, if you’re lucky enough to have that great store! Or any store!!
